Earlier this month, OZ Art NWA, which was launched in 2017 by members of the Walton family, announced the start of a new initiative called Arkanvas. In partnership with Fort Smith's Unexpected project and global curator firm Justkids, artists from around the world will install 12 public works of art in cities across Arkansas.
