NWA's growth impacts the housing market, this is not the first time

Like the rest of the nation, foreclosure rates in Arkansas are rising. But for the northwest region, they are lower. This is normal for an area experiencing growth and Arkansas historically has not been a foreclosure hotbed. The region's growth rate is historic, but there have been other population surges in the past.
