Applications are being accepted by the Arkansas Single Parent Scholarship Fund for use during the spring semester. Earlier this month Christi Brown, the program manager for the ASPSF, visited Anthony and Susan Hui to discuss the scholarships. She said these scholarships can have several uses to help a single parent continue working toward a degree.
