Welcome to Sound Immersion with Crystal Alchemy Singing Bowls! Join us for an evening of relaxation and rejuvenation as we immerse ourselves in the healing sounds of crystal alchemy singing bowls. Let the vibrations of the bowls wash over you, bringing a sense of peace and harmony to your mind, body, and soul.

This in-person event will take place at Mount Sequoyah Center, Inc. in Sequoyah Hall and is led by Marian Bolen who was trained by Professor Jeralyn Glass of Sacred Science of Sound. Come ready to unwind and let go of the stresses of the week as you experience the transformative power of sound healing.

Arts Live Theatre is jumping into SPRING, offering a wide variety of after-school theatre classes available for ages 4-5, 6-8, 9-12, and 12-18 years of age. Irish Slow Session is for those who would like to learn Irish tunes and songs. The hour before each Irish Session we’ll learn a few new tunes and tips on how to jam in the Irish Sessions.

RD holds secular, science-based addiction recovery support groups every Monday. We are LGBTQ+ and neurodivergent led/friendly. Harm reduction approaches welcomed. Sober curious folks are welcomed. Anyone questioning their relationship to substances is welcomed. No student observers, please.
