Arts Live Theatre is preparing for FALL! A variety of after-school theatre classes are available for ages 4-5, 6-8, 9-12, and 13-18 years old. Fun-filled class themes include, Lilo and Stitch, How to Train Your Dragon, Radio Podcast Theatre, Daniel Tiger’s Neighborhood, The Twits, Hogwarts-the Saga Continues, Charlotte’s Web, and Superman and Other Super Heroes! Classes begin the week of September 8th and run for eight weeks!

Get ready to get into Arkansas roots all season long with Mount Sequoyah’s 2025 Music on the Mountain Series! Any donations will go to support Mount Sequoyah's continued community programing. This season again features a stellar lineup of talented Arkansas musicians! Mark your calendars and grab your blankets because the music starts flowing on April 25th and lasts until October 17th! Experience a diverse musical tapestry exploring Ozark and Americana roots. Most Music on the Mountain concerts will open with local emerging artists as a part of an ongoing effort to connect young performers to professional musicians for hands-on guidance.
This concert will be inside Clapp Auditorium.Please, no outside food or drink. We will have drinks available and this year, you can add a large pizza to your ticket!

Alisha Pattillo Electric Band is a high voltage, saxophone led instrumental fusion group from Northwest Arkansas. Their tightly arranged, creative interpretations of Modern Pop hits, Classic Soul throwbacks and virtuosic Jazz Fusion delivers a gripping sound for a diverse audience with a variety of musical tastes. Ear food that nourishes the soul, with an all-star lineup of musicians capable of fiery solos informed by organic funky intelligence. Established in 2024 by band leader, saxophonist Alisha Pattillo, APEB is a jazz fusion ensemble that seamlessly dovetails to the main stream desires.

Saturday from 8am-3pm, you won’t want to miss the 36th Annual Classic and Custom Car Show showcasing some of the most stunning vehicles in the region. From vintage classics to sleek modern marvels, there's something for every car enthusiast to admire.But that's just the beginning! Starting at 9am, families, friends, and visitors will find a variety of entertainment options, including mesmerizing 7ft hyper-realistic dinosaurs (1-4pm on Saturday only), local bands, high-energy performances by dancers, up-close encounters with fascinating creatures at the Dickerson Zoo Presents workshops, and your favorite fest food. Plus, don't miss the heartwarming Quilts of Valor presentation and Veteran's Salute, featuring Phoenix the Eagle in honor of our nation's heroes. Kids, young and old, will love the amusement attractions, from bouncing in the Bouncy House to defying gravity on the Bungee Jump Trampoline and conquering the Rock Climbing Wall, Obstacle Course, Wacky Basketball, Gyroscope, and much more!And of course, there's plenty of fun for the whole family with activities like the Photo Booth and Corn Hole and Horseshoe Throwing Tournaments to keep everyone entertained.For the adults, sip on your favorite brews at the Beer Garden while soaking in the festive atmosphere.Even our furry friends get in on the action with the Pooch Palooza & Friends Dog Contest, showcasing the cutest and most talented pups in town.New this year is the Jam Fest starting at 3:30pm featuring free concerts by The Tablerockers and MoArk Mojo Bands until 10pm.Don't forget to browse the Commercial and Craft Vendors for unique treasures and souvenirs to take home.

Venture back in time to the late 1800s and explore life on the Missouri prairie of George Washington Carver’s childhood. This event features historic skills demonstrations, hands-on activities, exhibitors, live music, and more. Kids can earn a special Prairie Day Junior Ranger badge. The event is free of charge.
Shiloh Museum of Ozark History is hosting the 47th Annual Ozark Quilt Fair on Saturday, September 13th, from 10 am to 2 pm on the grounds of Shiloh Museum in Springdale. This year’s festivities will include live music by the Roving Gambler Band, food for sale by Icy Kids of NWA and Corbett’s Hot Dogs, free quilt-themed art making activities for youth and families, and a scavenger hunt. We will be awarding Viewers Choice prizes for both new and antique quilt categories. First prize in each category is $100; second prize is $50; and third prize is $25. Awards are presented at 2 pm.
This event is FREE to the public. Exhibitor cost is $15. Registration includes boxed lunch, and exhibitors may order additional lunches for their group. See our webpage for registering and more details.

New to the Shakin’ in the Shell Fest this year is Jam Fest featuring two free concerts, fest food, beer garden, and amusement attractions. Join us as we celebrate our 20th year of the fest!
The fun starts at 3:30pm with the high energy, fun, and entertaining Tablerockers Band! They play everyone's favorite songs from the Beatles, The Black Crows, Garth Brooks, Stevie Ray Vaughn, and so much more. They aim to please by taking requests, so be sure to ask them to play your favorite tunes when you see them.
Starting at 7pm, end the day with a free energy-filled concert by MoArk Mojo. With bandmates from southern Missouri and northern Arkansas, MoArk Mojo brings an eclectic mix of great classic rock, rock, and blues tunes from the 70’s, 80’s, and 90’s featuring solid vocals, jaw-dropping guitar solos, and locked-down grooves.
