The James Beard Foundation recently launched the Better Burger Project to start a trend to blend mushrooms and beef together creating a healthier and more sustainable burger. Chef Bill has created his version using mainly local ingredients and hopes to win a trip to NYC to take part in a James Beard Foundation dinner.
