Cheryl Pickering knows what it's like to commute for work. As the Career and Technical Education Coordinator for the NWA Education Services Cooperative in Farmington, she drives one hour each way from her goat farm in Benton County. Three years ago, she facilitated the Northwest Arkansas Regional Business and Industry Partnership Council Meeting and today marked the start of the third annual event. Pickering says it has grown to meet the needs of its community.
