Join us for a week of culinary creativity where food meets art!
In this hands-on camp, young chefs led by Lunch Bunch will explore flavors, techniques, and artistic inspiration drawn from art in our collection. Each day features a delicious dish paired with an art connection, blending taste and imagination.

In this weeklong painting camp led by Eileen Guillory, campers will learn how to look at the world with an artist’s eye through discovery and lots of messy, creative fun. We’ll explore paintings in Crystal Bridges’ collection, then head back to the studio to turn acrylics and watercolor paints into portraits, landscapes, and abstract art. Young artists will have a blast creating, making friends, and putting paint on canvas!

Piece together the traditional art of quilting in this beginner-friendly six-week mini quilting course. Inspired by the America 250: Common Threads exhibition, students will explore classic quilting patterns while creating their own mini quilt top.

You’ll begin by learning accurate measuring and cutting techniques, then progress to piecing fabric squares together using a sewing machine. This course emphasizes foundational skills, craftsmanship, and design—no prior experience necessary.

Designed for both beginner and intermediate painters, this six-week watercolor course offers a supportive environment for artists at all levels. Create a sculptural flower vase from the ground up in this three-part workshop led by Crystal Bridges Teaching Artist in Residence Linda Nguyen Lopez. Over three sessions, you’ll design and construct your vessel using slab-building techniques, return the following week to decorate and add surface decoration, and finish by arranging a fresh floral arrangement in your fired vessel. This sketchbook-based six-week drawing class invites participants to rediscover drawing as a playful, confidence-building practice rooted in observation. Through guided studio exercises, students will learn to see and render form using simple shapes, line, and value, building a strong foundation for drawing people and everyday subjects.

Midway through the course, the class will venture out into public spaces across the museum, including the café, galleries, and grounds, to draw from life in dynamic, real-world settings.

Returning to the studio, students will focus on gestural figure drawing and introductory portrait work before heading back out to sketch Crystal Bridges visitors, objects, and architecture.

Taught by accomplished Northwest Arkansas illustrator Chad Maupin, this class emphasizes curiosity, experimentation, and the joy of drawing simply for the sake of drawing.
