In January, 2011 the Northwest Arkansas Council announced a five-year plan with more than fifty objectives. Now, a year early, the council is updating the plan. Mike Harvey, the COO, and Mike Malone, the President and CEO, discuss the initial plan and offer a preview of tomorrow's announcement.
