Peace At Home Family Shelter

KUAF Operations Manager Pete Hartman speaks over the phone with Dani Dean of Peace At Home Family Shelter. Peace at Home Family Shelter is a nonprofit organization providing shelter, services, and support to adults and children fleeing domestic violence in Northwest Arkansas. Peace At Home has recently launched a new encrypted web chat crisis hotline for survivors to reach out to Monday through Friday from 2-6pm.

Essentials Outreach

In this Community Spotlight, Pete Hartman interviews Cristie Ginther from Essentials Outreach, and Danielle Dodson from Adventure Subaru for the first time in-studio in more than a year.

Adventure Subaru is hosting a  hygiene product drive for Essentials Outreach during the month of June. Donations of 10 essential items can be dropped off all month long at their location in Fayetteville.
