David Starr grew up in northwest Arkansas, and over the years, he has operated guitar stores in Little Rock and Colorado. He'll soon release a new CD, and next month, he'll perform at the Power of Music Festival in Bentonville. He recently returned to the Anthony and Susan Hui News Studio to talk about his new music.
