The group is a chapter of the national movement ‘This is Zero Hour’, which originated in 2017. A litter abatement program supported by the city of Fayetteville has resulted in 100 tons of litter being picked up this year. The program is called Pick Me Up and employs Fayetteville residents who are unhoused and underserved to pick up litter and debris along trails and homeless campsites throughout town. The Momentary, an extension of Crystal Bridges of American Art, recently completed an update to its spaces. This weekend, curators unveiled its latest exhibition, “Enduring Amazon: Life and Afterlife in the Amazon Rainforest,” as part of the remodel. Ozarks at Large's Kyle Kellams visited the museum and talked with director Jill Wagar, who says the new exhibit meets the contemporary criteria.
