In this class you will become acquainted with yourself in ways perhaps long ago forgotten: using your breath! You will practice ancient breathing techniques, movement and sounds as taught by the Master of Kundalini Yoga, Yogi Bhajan. The goal is to reintroduce what has been buried aside somewhere along the way in this game of life. Instead of becoming stressed from the intensifying energy and rapid changes occurring on the planet today, begin to access higher light energy and produce a conscious mode of living, implementing creativity and productivity that is fast, exhilarating, and awesome. Participants will build at least two, 40 day habits, which can be practiced throughout life. Wear loose fitting clothing and comfortable sneakers. The ultimate goal is to reconnect with oneself, releasing from illusions, issues, past programming and beliefs that no longer serve us. The net result is to set oneself free and have FUN while doing it! NOTE THAT THIS CLASS MEETS EVERY OTHER WEEK.
