U.S. Economy Lost Nearly $1 Billion Following Arkansas River Flooding

The U.S. economy lost $915 million following the historic flooding along the Arkansas River this year. That's according to Bryan Day, the director of the Little Rock Port Authority, who spoke at the University of Arkansas Clinton School of Public Service this week.
